Shipping

  • All our products are stocked and ready for dispatch from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas, USA.
  • Most orders will ship within 48 business hours via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Depending on demand, processing may take up to two or three business days.
  • Your order will receive a tracking number, accessible through UPS, USPS, or FedEx websites. Upon shipment, you'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. You can also check your account for the tracking details.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm EST will ship the following day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday or Tuesday.
  • Shipping is available to select countries; for more information, please email sales@thecricketshoponline.com.
  • Free shipping will likely be via USPS first class mail, priority mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground only.
  • Free shipping does not include priority or overnight delivery.

Within the US: 2-6 business days (Free shipping may take up to 15 days)

Canada: 5-12 business days

Australia: 7-12 business days

UK: 15 business days

Other Countries: 10 business days to 4 weeks

Note: We are not liable for any loss or missing packages unless insured by you. For international shipments, import duties and taxes may apply; it's your responsibility to check your country's regulations.

Warranty & Returns

  • Items purchased on sale are generally not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless we shipped the wrong or faulty product.
  • Returns for non-sale items must be initiated within a week of receipt.
  • We aim for your complete satisfaction with our high-quality products and outstanding customer service. If we make an error in your order, we'll promptly correct it. For damaged or missing shipments, file a claim with the respective courier, and contact us with proof if assistance is needed.
  • Used or knocked bats are not eligible for return.
  • We may offer free returns for certain products or orders at our discretion. Return shipping costs for other reasons (e.g., size or style issues) are borne by the customer. No returns or exchanges are accepted for personal items like undergarments or abdo guards.

Defective Products

  • If you believe you've received a defective product, email us pictures at sales@thecricketshoponline.com along with your phone number and order number, and we'll assist you personally.

07 Day Return Guarantee*

  • Unopened or unused products can be returned within 07 days for a full refund or store credit, excluding shipping. Return the product in good condition, and we'll issue a store credit or refund, deducting two-way shipping costs.
  • Products bought together for sizing checks or to avail free shipping are not eligible for shipping cost refunds; both side shipping will be deducted.

Warranty on Cricket Bats

  • Cricket bats are prone to eventual breakage, especially at the edges and toes. Most companies do not warranty these areas. A proper knocking-in service, like ours, can prolong bat life.
  • Used or knocked bats are not covered under warranty, which is subject to management discretion.

Returns Procedure

  • To return an item, log into your account, navigate to "Complete Orders" under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button.
  • We'll contact you via phone or email to discuss your return. Returns must be approved by our Customer Service Ninjas; unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

  • Return address details will be provided upon email request.
  • Please ensure your package is insured, and no additional fee is required for signature upon delivery.
